1/48 Trumpeter MiG 15 UTI Midget

Hi all, here is my Trumpeter 1/48 scale MiG 15 UTI . It was built out of box, cause there was a lack of time. I just added some details in the cockpit like seatbelts.  Despite there was very good detailed RD 45 jet engine in the box, I decided to hide it.  This Trumpeter box was very easy and good detailed so there was no problem to put all parts together, just few drops of putty. I chose No. 2514 which was one of the last doubleseats serving in Czechoslovak Air Force (Hradec Kralove air base).  There are some differences between model and original, like squadron insignia on the left front size of the fuselage and some other details. I am planning to correct it soon:-)

I used Tamiya acrylic colours and  Mig production wash to make it more realistic. Decals are from Propagteam sheet. There are not 100% accurate but I had no time to search for correct ones (finally I found it but it was too late). For engine, I used Alclade and Humbrol metalic colours.

I hope you will enjoy this kit.  ;-)
