This
is my second Hasegawa 1/48 Harrier, Royal Air Force GR. VII. This model
also won the Hong Kong Opening Model championship 2004 the air & helicopter
group the 3rd prize.
I
used the kit decals, some cockpit parts from a Black Box cockpit set and some
Eduard photo etch.

I
like Revell 's
Harrier, but I don't like the bottom part of the cockpit (Fuselage) the angles
are too high, so I changed it by putting some plastic sheet on the top to lower
the front fuselage, lower the nose gear then the shape is much better.
After that I also lower the flag. (See pic. 04, 05.)

black color for weathering. The RAF aircraft are usually not too dirty, so I

For
the weapons, I only
added 2 UK 1000-pound laser guided bombs from the Hasegawa weapons No.8 and most
of them are from the box. After decals and I added the photo etch, sprayed the
flat topcoat for the last step., I only

In
the modeling championship somebody told me the ejection seat
was incorrect for the RAF, next time
I will check and build a more nice Harrier.
