This is my first submission. This
kit was the first model that I built over 40 years ago. When I saw one for sale
at Heritagecon, I couldn't resist and I was so keen that it was finished in a
week. I'm sure this model has been retooled over 40 years as the molds seem to
be nice and crisp. Everything went together very well and it was in all a very
relaxing build. This aircraft was build mostly OOB as it came supplied with the
markings for Stanford Tuck's Hurricane. I filled the featureless cockpit with
the pilot and with the greenhouse in place you really don't see much. With clear
sprue, I added the dorsal nav light as well as the wingtip markers. I also made
a rearview mirror. I tried to show a war weary sort of aircraft with pastels.
