New 1/32 Me-262.  Clear and grey plastic for engine cowlings....so you can have a view into the highly detailed engine compartments.  Detail is impressive and bang on.  Sprues are set up to permit the future release of 2 seat versions.  This kit permits you to build either the 2 nose cannons or the 4 cannon nose versions.  Tires have diamond tread and are made of rubber.  Landing gear comes in plastic and white metal....so you have the option to use either.

1/48 Hasegawa F/A-18F Super Hornet

Here is a quick and dirty preview of Hasegawa's brand spanking new F/A-18F in 1/48th scale.  We just peeled the cellophane off of the sprues to show you what you get in the box.  A nice departure from the norm with Hasegawa is that they provide you with AIM-120 AMRAAM and AIM-9X Sidewinders, as well as fuel tanks and an AN/ASQ-228 ATFLIR pod.  You also get a pair of pilots with two helmet styles - standard HGU-55 and JHMCS.  All in all, it looks to be a very nice kit, and I'm looking forward to getting it home to start slapping it together.  The kit markings include VFA-103 "Jolly Rogers" and VFA-102 "Diamondbacks" (including, believe it or not, helmet decals for the pilots!).  Look for the kit to start hitting the shelves any time now.
