This new decal sheet
from Barracudacals
includes markings
for 2 different P-47's......both featuring sexy noseart. The
2 aircraft include 2
post D-Day P-47's in baremetal finished that flew with the 512th FS out of
Belgium in early 1945. I must say though......the big attraction for me is
the fact both of these planes have noseart.......which is always a big attention
getter on these WW2 fighters.

P-47D-27-RE
"Angie" ser # 42-26860 512th
FS, 406th FG, 9th Air Force out of Asch, Belgium in early 1945. This
plane was flown by Col. Anthony Grosetta. This Thunderbolt has sexy
noseart of a brunette in a bikini top with a short skirt and high heels with
the script "Angie" on the side of the nose by the noseart.
This plane has D-Day stripes on the low rear of the fuselage.

P-47D-27-RE
"Little Ann" ser # 42-26922 512th
FS, 406th FG, 9th Air Force out of Asch, Belgium in early 1945. Plane
has sexy noseart of a top heavy blonde in tight top and tight fitting shorts
and high heels with the script "Little Ann" on the side of the
nose by the noseart.
This plane has D-Day stripes on the low rear of the fuselage.
The instructions are
clear and include 3 views of each aircraft. The decals are beautifully
printed on 2 decal sheets with 2 insert decal sheets. The 4 pages of
instructions include all the information regarding painting and fading and
weathering on these aircraft. The 4th page of the instruction sheets
includes stencil placement and instruction to install decals like a master
modeler.

These valiant P-47s were there to
help bring victory to the allies in 1945 and it's great to see decals for 1/32
for both of these sharp looking P-47's.
