Hello!

Here is my second submission to ARC and first scratchbuilt project-a BOLO tank NIKE from a David Weber book "Bolo!".

During construction I was using styrene sheets and some parts from old models. To make a commander of NIKE I took one of the Fujimi 1:350 japan sailors. The tracks are made from metallic wrist bands.  I used 8 of them they're pretty cheap but looking good base is made from wood. The water is some kind of plastic. Grass is made by Faller and sand is...sand glued to base with WIKOL (polish wood glue).

WIP is here:
http://modelwork.pl/viewtopic.php?t=13803&...asc&start=0 but in Polish.  The model was fun to build.  The only frontier was imagination.  I heartily encourage you to make such a project when you can stop thinking: "How many rivets I have to do here?" and to start to think:" I'll put here a big plasma cannon or better two and a few gauss guns on the top and a field generator here"
