A Canadian service Tracker in one of the many different paint schemes that they had, this being a CFB Summerside based aircraft,880MR Sqdn.  All Trackers in Canadian service were originally carrier based, later reverting to ground based aircraft.

With the exception of the weapons bay, all necessary/practical modifications and scratch building (both internal and external) to produce an accurate representation of the subject from the basic kit, were done.  I probably spent 200 hrs. on this model over four years, with the most time consuming operation being the reshaping of the nacelles.  The Canadian decals are Flight Colours set 72A02.  All others were laser printed on Walters decal film.  Paint color is a self produced version of 501-109 referenced to the I.P.M.S. Canada Colours Guide paint chip manual, using Model Master enamels.  Additional references included I.P.M.S. Canada RT vol.9 No.1 & 2, plus about four gig of photos of the static display aircraft at 12 Wing Shearwater.

I still have the "low vis" final operation scheme to do, although I don't plan to do the high degree of internal detail again.
