I haven't created a new digital
painting since 2008, except for the North American XB-70 Valkerie shown here.
I now do abstract acrylic paintings for galleries, but am still an airplane
enthusiast. Who knows? I may have an Aviation Gallery 2 in the
future.
If you're into aviation artwork,
check out www.orcastudio.com.
Click the PDF Archive and select the Aviation Gallery (you will need Adobe's
free Reader for viewing, or printing). There you will find a 25.8 MB file of 35
digital paintings you might like. You can make decent prints, at half-size, to
the originals for free!
As an aside, I was into scale
aircraft modeling for a good many years and truly enjoy visiting the ARC website
regularly to see what other folks have done.
PS - I've had a Minicraft Hughes
HK-1 Flying Boat (Spruce Goose) under construction for three years.
Eventually, it will pose for me. The painting may end up in the Evergreen
Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon, where the "Goose"
lives on.
Keep your airspeed up!
