I have built four of these kits for several friends of mine. This is the first one I built for my personal collection.  As everybody may know, besides some minor details (like the length of the landing gear) this kit is really easy and pleasurable to build.

The cockpit as usual was painted with RLM 66, after that some cooper wire was added here and there to add more realism.  Then some raw umber, burnt sienna and black oil washes were applied. After letting it dry for a couple of days some highlighting was done with a combination of RLM 66 plus white oil.  Almost forgetting that I added some seatbealts made from aluminium foil and harnesses made of cooper wire (see pictures 06 and 07).

Both machineguns from the nose secion were drilled with a small drill bit, painted black and then for the metal look some highlighting with raw umber oil plus plain silver enamel (see picture 08).

The wheel bay was painted RLM 02, then a raw umber wash was applied and some copper wiring applied to simulate the brake line and the MG control lines. Both MG's were replaced with hypodermic needles.

After this some painting with the regular RLM 76 74 75 was applied following the pattern provided in the instruction sheet.  Then a gloss coat, raw umber wash, semigloss coat, and some detailing with raw umber oil plus silver enamel.

Hope everybody enjoys this kit as much as I do, any question or comment will be more than welcomed.

Thanks for your time.

Mirko
