1/32 Tamiya F-15C Eagle

This is the second 32nd scale plane that I have completed.  Since I just wanted to slap this thing together and see what an F-15C looks like in 32nd scale I decided on only adding a Quickboost resin aftermarket seat and making some custom decals to depict a Bitburg jet. The Bitburg jet I modeled this after uses the Mod Eagle variation of the common compass grey scheme used on F-15C's. Unfortunately, I don't have the pilot names for the jet as of now.

This kit was painted almost entirely with Gunze lacquers with the bare metallic area being painted with Alclad 2 lacquer. Post shading and preshading were used as well as some limited panelling and washes. Decals were applied on a clearcoat, sealed with another clearcoat and subjected to a final Testors mattcoat spray. All small details were painted with enamels from Tamiya. Not a bad model for $65 here in the Philippines!

Thank you to the folks at ARC and to my buddies from IPMS Manila, the coolest model club in the Philippines!
