Miguel Cid is here with something very special today.  This is his fantastic looking 1/72 High Planes Mirage 50CN Pantera.   Miguel finished his Pantera in Chilean Air Force markings.  This beautiful model was originally intended to go on ARC on Sept 18 for the Chile Independence Day but I mixed it up with another article.  My apologies to Miguel.

let_models has been busy reworking details to create a 1/72 ARII Cessna T-41 Mescalero.  let_models also made custom decals for this Cessna for markings for the VNAF.  I love the look of this Cessna.

Paolo De Sanctis joins us today with a model he built long ago.  This is his 1/72 Polistil Messerschmitt 262A looking quite good.....especially considering it was built so long ago before our hobby matured to what it is today.  I enjoyed reading Paolo's article.

Gabriel Stern is here to mark the first day of the Belgium IPMS convention that starts today with his Civilized Revell 1/72 Fokker D.VII.  Gabriel added extra detailing to this older model kit and then dressed it up in post-war Belgian markings over war-time camo.  I enjoyed reading Gabriel's article on this Fokker D.VII.

People's Republic of China National Day

  Cyprus Independence Day

  Nigeria Independence Day

I'm pleased to announce that Airscale has become an ARC Sponsor.  They have a good variety of products already in 1/24 and 1/32 scale cockpit instrumentation decals with a much higher degree of accuracy than you will find in kit parts or decals. They offer full panel decals as well as individual decals for each instrument, so they look like they have a product to suit each modeller.  I am impressed with their product line and I know you will be too!!!

Paolo Yuen is here to mark China's National Day with his beautifully finished 1/72 Trumpeter Chinese Fighter J-10B.  Paolo had to use a fair bit of putty during assembly, but the finished model is stunning.  I love the way it is displayed in a diorama.

Florent WELTER is here with something very special today.  This is the 1/12 Aoshima TOP GUN Bike - Kawasaki GPZ 900R Ninja with all the unique decals that were applied to the bike used in the movie.  Florent also built a custom base for his Top Gun Ninja.  I was quite excited when I saw this kit was available and after seeing this one, I'm even more keen to build one myself.

Tom Milne is here with a Spitfire with a connection to the Israeli War of Independence.  This is his gorgeous looking 1/48 Academy Spitfire FR Mk XVIII with some additional parts from 2 aftermarket companies and decals from Model Alliance Decals.  The finished model looks stunning.....well done Tom!!!

I have a product article for the new 1/48 AV-8B Yuma Nightmares decal sheet from Twobobs Aviation GraphicsThis new decal sheet includes marking options for up to three aircraft with enough data stencils for one complete jet from VMA-513 the "Flying Nightmares".
